Rylais Crystal Scepter change idea

Make it so that gives the same slow it gives now, but only if you are melee, ranged mages get less slow benefit. Make it a beefy AP bruiser item so we can save our lord and master from being trash tier and unplayable.

I figure if ranged casters can't abuse it as much as melees, it would be a more balanced item.

There are a ton of melee, bruiser AP's that would love Rylais be a tankier option
