shouldn't be running around with only a jungle item one shotting a carry (regardless of DH). overall shouldn't be so strong zzz

He doesn't one shot anybody until 20 minutes in. I have no idea what this guy is talking about. If you see graves, CC him or take advantage of him when he has to reload.
