Champion select

I got thresh locked in and ready to go (not literally locked in) and i go to press the button for a ranked game and it says unavailable. All of the champions i played (as a support player) were open and free to play but it dodged me because the champ select restricted my pick.. thanks riot for making me lose 3 lp on my final climb of the season :(
