It's time we address Normal games (Repost)

Don't delete my post with the assumption it's "reporting someone", I'm starting a discussion about how absolutely fucked your normals matchmaking is. Here, I'll appease you by removing the other images showing how many times I've been matched with challenger players.

Alright, so. I want to make a note that I have almost 100 wins > losses, and so that may be a deciding factor in just how high my Normals MMR is. However, I want you to also notice that I have an unranked and a silver player on my team.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I am in low gold. I play with friends who are unranked-silver. I play with one friend who is even pre-30. I'd say those games make up for maybe 20 of my win>loss, since I also lose many games playing with them. Why am I facing players in Master, Diamond, and Platinum tier? There is such a huge difference in skill, even if you look at the ranks/winrates of my team vs their team, I have an unranked, a diamond, a platinum, and a silver player against a team of all plat+. I can't be the only one, and that leads me to believe that your matchmaking system is broken, far past just Ranked games. It needs an entire overhaul, a reevaluation. I should not be driven in to smurfing for normal games so I can avoid boosted Challenger players and playing against Plat-Master tier players.
