. i would always do well with them as adc's of course but now, i can't carry anymore... is it cuz i'm bad with them an played against worse people? or should i just take a break from these champs for a while?

Then try to find something to improve. Yes, there's always something, you just have to look harder.
Lulu/Sona botlane is pretty much the only things I play, so sometimes, there's nothing wrong with playing the same things. You just have to play smarter.
