I just had a thought on quinn

So Quinns vault (E) has a slow attached to it. I'm wondering if she would be more viable to move the slow to her passive instead. It would put more emphasis on procing her mark and increase her kiting slightly. This would change her strength only aslight amount as you use your vault to put a mark down during team fights but would give her a touch more utility during laning.
