Riot's Item Inconsistencies

Rylai's on pets: 20% slow for 1 second. Works on Annie, doesn't work on Ivern. Like... what? That limits the knockup potential if an enemy champ has a dash. Tibbers can constantly burn/slow. Just inconsistent.

Runaan's for Marksmen: Charges up Cait's Headshot, Instantly maxes Jinx's Q - Pow Pow and Fishbones has multiple exploding rockets, Applies Varus's stacks to all hit, Applies twitch's poison, and Applies Kog's on-hit damage, and Kalista's spears. DOES NOT. Utilize Sivir's ricochet, charge up stacks for Ashe's Focus, or apply stacks to all of Vayne's targets. It's just inconsistent. Sure. True dmg on that many targets would be broken, but the EXACT same mechanic works on Gnar with Runaan's. If Ashe can't charge focus faster, then Jinx shouldn't have instant triple buff on Pow Pow. If Sivir's Ricohet isn't copied, neither should Jinx's explosions. It creates disconnect.

sivir's ricochet is similar to Ezreals Q or gangplanks parley it's not the same as an auto attack. Riot has already addressed vayne and hurricane a LONG time ago it would be broken and they would've have nerf her to the ground and they rather buff the champion rather than nerf an item

These inconsistencies are everywhere in the game. It's called balancing there are reasons they do things. yes they do mess up from time to time over or under tuning a champion but usually there is an idea behind most game developers decisions
