Jinx's "get excited."
I brought this idea up earlier, but I was informed I was too brief (it got deleted in thrity seconds, a new record methinks). I thought I got my point across with a bit of humor on the side but whatever. Can't upset the mods, now can we? You wanted an essay? Well here goes:
I will start out with this: I enjoy playing Jinx. I mean it, she's like my favorite character. She has a "shoot it til it's dead" gameplay style, she has high dps, she can snipe low health enemies from the base, and she is bats**t nuts. She's my first mastery 7 and my only champion I got a penta with. Now we all know about her passive, but, if not, I'll remind you: if an enemy champion dies within three seconds of her attacking them, she gets a brief speed boost that decays over the next few seconds. This also applies to attack speed (the boost overrides the 2.5 attack speed cap, making her very dangerous if the passive activates). The passive also applies to any turrets and inhibitors she attacked within three seconds of them being destroyed. This allows her to get a head start on the inhibitor that the turret was protecting, a chance to flee if she is in danger, or a chance to kill the enemy champion that was defending the turret even faster. Originally, inhibitors did not trigger the passive. A couple years ago, however, Riot decided that it made no sense at all for her to think "it's an inhibitor. Who cares?" They made it so they could also trigger the passive, and it made sense. What are we missing now? Dragons, barons, and scuttlers. I mean, why would Jinx think differently about them? I mean, inhibitors provide minion wave buffs, why not get excited for killing something that buffed herself? And besides, they are EPIC MONSTERS. I'm sure even Caitlyn, as reserved as she is, would show a little bit of excitement if she helped take down an EPIC MONSTER. I mean, it's called an EPIC MONSTER for a reason: it's a dangerous monster that's hard to take down. I don't know maybe I'm thinking too hard, but it seems like it's a little inconsistent.
Final note: I made my idea lengthy to respond to my deleted post (which wasn't lengthy enough). If this gets deleted, I will challenge the daylights out of it.
