BONUS TRUE DAMAGE: 4 / 6.5 / 9 / 11.5 / 14% of target's maximum health MINIMUM TRUE DAMAGE: 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 Base range is 550 Just going by pure base mr Vayne does more true damage to squishes then kog does magic damage to them to make it worse its on cd usually 60% of the time while the range is nice its at the cost of having 0 peel or mobility I use to enjoy this champ a long time ago but anymore its almost trolling picking him when everyone 1 shots him and he can't peel himself at all and the on hit he has is rather weak compared to others anymore .
