The only thing I dislike about Anivia

Hello,

Just wanted to create a discussion about Anivia's wall. I just feel that her wall is used so often to **assist ** you and your teammates in getting kills, through blocking enemies escaping, or other enemies joining in the fights, however it does not give an assist. I feel that it would be useful if Riot could implement it that if an enemy dies after being within x range of Anivia's wall between the time of death and however long assists from things like Soraka's heal would be carried on for. This way it would give an accurate description of how much you assisted your teammates in getting kills.

What are your views?

adding something like a 0.01 percent slow around the wall would probably help with that and not have an adverse affect on her balance

I was gonna say maybe something like a 1% .01 second slow would be nice just so you can get the assist for it.

It's strange because Yorick's wall can give assists, so you'd think they'd be able to program that for Anivia walls too.

Completely agree with this, maybe if they just applied a 'debuff' around the wall that had no actual effect but those afflicted with this debuff when killed would grant Anivia an assist?

I think it should have a slow around the area removing 1 speed.

Same thing happens with Taliyah's wall, doesn't it? I'll admit it's been a while since I've played her.

It would be nice if walls could get recognized as contributing to kills.

It will give you an assist if they physically touch the wall. That will also draw turret aggro. It used to do 1 damage, and it still might if you touch it. Physically displacing them may not actually touch the wall (counter intuitive, but then so is quantum electro dynamics and it's photon paths).

It doesnt? I thought that they added smth. like 1 dmg on cast to it some time ago, guess i just read something wrong then.

I thought they added 1 true dmg to the wall when you knock up someone with it, so you get an assist.
