World elite (i think it was 12th place in china?) the team that everyone thought would be the worst team in worlds , magically beats the GE tiger , the UNDEFEATED Korean team...and then goes back to playing terribly again vs Freesm

so like...how much money behind the table did it cost freeSM to end up fighting the worst china team for championship instead of the best Korean team how much dick sucking has been going on here?

like 90% sure TSM is gonna get 3-0 wins in a row, WE was ahead 1st game with an endgame team and then threw, 2nd game WE getting stomped...lets see what 3rd game is like

Nobody cared about IEM.

China didn't even send their top team. It has no impact on the World Championship, it has a bad format (Bo1 group stage) and all it does is showcase how far behind every other region is compared to Korea.

Except this time, it didn't. CJ got wrecked by the Bo1 format when Madlife decided to go full soloQ, twice. GE Tigers probably thought it'd be a walk in the park and decided to get familiar with polish cuisine instead of focusing on winning games.

So we have #1 NA vs a bottom Chinese team with 2 new players in the Grand Final.

Well, it IS Riot's game. It's not like soccer, or football, or basketball. Riot CREATED the game and control everything that is in it. So yeah, if they wanted to fix it so that the rake in tons of money from TSM fanboys, yeah, it probably wouldn't be that hard.

HOWEVER, Riot is owned by Tencent, a Chinese company. I guess it'd be pretty weird if they fixed against their own country.
