Plot twist: This was their plan from the get go. With everybody who enjoys Shaco as originally designed gone, they can move forward with a more drastic rework that newer post-rework Shaco players will be more accepting of, making him fit with their visions of what the game should be (read: Make him another generic AD assassin)

Riot is actually doing this and Olafing Shaco... there is no product or service out there that has made money off of giving the customer a crap product and hoping they buy the product, or they will buy the product again when they fix the product...

Just Shaclone, and he was kind of done with the game before the rework came out.
He's just burnt out. He's been doing this for years.
If you quit your "main" because he is suddenly not broken, then he isn't your main.

I mean they only changed cooldowns didn't they? Is it really that bad? Also why are the two biggest Shaco mains known for raging a fair bit.

I actually enjoy playing Shaco right now and I'm a bit excited for the rework, just to see what he'll turn in to. If it's absolute garbage (from what I'm hearing is), I may continue to play him for the same purpose I play him now: to piss people the fuck off.

Surprised they are so early to judge. While experience favors them, we will see if Shaco actually becomes near useless as they say.
