What makes Zed so special?

Alright, Riot, I get it. You have your favorites. A lot of people are jumping for joy that QSS no longer gets rid of Zed's ultimate. However, there is a lot of rebuttal to this notion. In my point of view, though, you can keep your "QSS no longer cleanses the target of Zed's hate". But, don't you think you should be doing a major MAJOR pass through of all champions with a type of debuff/CC ultimate and considering for also "QSS resistance"? Multiple examples include but are probably not limited to:

Vald's Ultimate is almost exactly like Zeds, but has the benefit of AOE. Think about it riot, so many champions rely on their ultimate to be beneficial in laning and team fighting. If you just allow only one champ to be resistant to the QSS, that makes you look like you just want to make a certain group happy.

Vlad ult and morde ult are debuffs so they would also be unremoved by QSS from this change so no point listing them. As for the rest those are actual CC effects. Meaning that when they hit you you just dont get to move. If we balance zed around him actually not having his ult negated by a button press then they can actually nerf him in other areas. You know nerfs that thing people keep bitching at them to do daily.
