Mordekaiser?

I have a few questions about Mordekaiser. 1) Is Rylai's Rabadon's Lichbane into full tank any good on Morde? It makes your first Q do almost as much damage as the third Q 2) Is Warmog's armor any good on Morde? ie. If you maintain your shield for long enough through a fight without actually taking damage, does the passive activate? 3) What runes and masteries are optimal for Mordekaiser? I'm thinking movespeed quints with scaling AP blues, with armor reds and scaling armor yellows.

Rabadon's usually isn't worthwhile unless you're stacking a lot of AP. If you're going three AP items and a couple tank items, I'd pick a Luden's or Abyssal instead, or maybe a Liandry's.

I don't think his shield interacts with Warmogs that way (which is good, he'd be really broken if it did). It's still a decent item (although situational) especially if you're skirmishing and need to regen between fights.

I'm not sure about the armor reds (I haven't tried them) but the other runes should work. Depending on your build you might want to try out any combination of those you mentioned, CDR blues, health yellows, hybrid pen reds, and maybe hp regen quints. Runes are my weak point tho, so you should probably experiment to find what works best for you.

Armor reds are pretty good, it's only 1 armor less than yellows (8.3 vs 9 armor), so it's good if I decide not to take any offensive runes in the reds
