Corki broken

I just got 1 shot from a Corki auto attack from full hp...he landed 0 abilities he just clicked me once for 1400 dmg with 2 items. What in the actual hell is this game....a skill shot based champion can do SIGNIFICANTLY more damage than Caitlyn with auto attacks...even though Caitlyn is an auto attack based champion. After he got a kill from roaming mid lane through 3 separate wards, I was not able to be on the same screen as him ever...yet my team wanted to team fight over and over and over.
