How to stop my teammates from feeding

I have yet to play in a game without teammates that feed since the update. Is there anything I can do about this? It's pretty hard for me to learn anything about the new runes or what champions are good in what situation when my teammates just feed as hard as they can from the start of the game. Even when I do get lucky enough to have an adc that is capable of clicking the enemies that I take down to 100 hp(which is extremely rare to find that "good" of an adc), after I get him 6-10 kills he just runs around and feeds anyway, flashes into walls, misses waves of farm, jacks off in the jungle instead of taking objectives, etc. Maybe there is a third party site where people who know how to play the game go to play? Any suggestions would be nice

sorry dude, but the only way to get what your asking for is to literally be controlling them, because you cant stop them from feeding. you mentioned the ADC quite a lot, so I can assume your probably playing the support most of the time (hence why you cant control them)?

but personally I would suggest going to the player recruitment section of the forum and ask for someone in silver 3+ because they at the very least have a good idea of what theyre doing...... most of the time

I mean most of the people I am playing with are Gold+ and on average 1 out of 5 players in my games knows what is going on...I haven't met a player that knows what they're doing outside of platinum in 4 years and even that is extremely rare. I don't see what's so confusing about the game, you right click people and press a few buttons yet it seems as though people are consistently getting worse as time goes by =( Regardless of what role I play, if I play support the adc feeds and refuses to right click minions if I play adc the support feeds and takes my farm, then after feeding he roams leaving me to 2v1 the fed broken champs etc etc. I don't expect to be able to control anyone, I expect them to know how to click a mouse and push a couple buttons. I expect them to know that if you right click minions with low health, you get gold and experience and gold and experience are good..It's depressing that I can't even expect the average player to know that gold, experience and objectives are good things. Everyone just thinks it's team deathmatch...not sure why they don't just play ARAM or add a team deathmatch. If I feed even one game I get banned and verbally abused, yet people have been feeding in my games for literally years and nothing ever happens to them. And god forbid I give anyone advice because then I just get banned for using text in a game based around communication and cooperation.
