Probably the best thing I've seen for Aatrox in a LONG time.
Pretty simple, Blood well remains at full once his revive goes off and his W counter doesn't reset. Basically what everyone has been asking for since his release.

I really like this, this is definitely going to go at least some ways towards making Aatrox feel better to play. However, I'm not a big fan of Riot's practice of withholding QoL buffs on a champion until they're weak. Reviving at full Blood Well and W stacks is something Aatrox could've used a long time ago, and I'd rather not have him only receive improvements like that when he's in a bad balance state. Similarly, I don't want to wait until Warwick becomes weak for his Q to become less clunky, or for his R hitbox to be less excessively thin, nor do I think Shen's E hitbox needs to be kept in its current state in spite of his LCS popularity. Perfecting a champion's feel and flow should come first, and tuning their numbers afterwards should come second.
I could've sworn it already worked this way after the rework, or at least the first part of it. My first auto out of bloodwell would always fill it back up all the way as is since hitting an enemy champ when you have the buff refreshes it and the buff lasts longer than the passive stasis does.
The second change sounds wonderful though and should have been done ages ago.
Pretty sure it's just for the duration of Blood Well. You already do get 100% back if they don't immediately back off from you and dodge your E/Q, so I guess this is just insurance to buy you more time than 1 second to fill it. That infinite proc'ing sounds extremely insane though, I won't lie. Guinsoo will give 2 damage procs/heals at once lmao.
