Why did he need this buff? He was fine where is was. Now hes just game breaking OP when you have teammates that have no idea how to counter him.

i dont want to perpetuate cancer. but i just beat him with top heimer. there was nothing he could do.
you cant even roam against that champ. hes gonna take 2 turrets in the time garen roams to another lane. i went 0/0/0 for most of the game and still got shit done. riot really needs to take a look at this champ.
you can literally just sit in a bunker of turrets and rush zonyas and you win lane against that type of champion.

Yeah, you will usually lose a game if your teammates are idiots. Doesn't mean Garen is broken. Fiora is a bigger problem at the moment with her incredible AOE CC bait potential.
Everything is OP when your teammates have no idea how to counter it. Vayne's invi, Riven's dashes, Annie's AOE stun... oh wait, that's what the boards are whining about
