Reports

So why is it okay for people to tell me to "STFU" when all I do is ask why their friend is afk 20 min of our game. Then they insisted to report me after game for asking for help in my lane wich I was forced to 3v1 in because his other friends refused to help me. I love that people report for things like this and I still get in trouble for it. I don't understand this and the report system seriously needs to be revised.
