Losing LP when someone is clearly intentional feeding

I think their should be some type of system where if both teams agree to report someone for clearly intentional feeding that the losing team should get some type of compensation for the game. Maybe still lose some LP because it is a loss but maybe only half. A little about what made me create this topic is the increase of people like this guy we had in our game started out champ select by saying "GGFF20 MID" and would just run down all lanes not a care in the world feeding over and over not saying a word other then "GGFF20".

What if someone was duoing with someone and as soon as they started losing to the point of no ability to comeback started intentionally feeding so their duo friend wouldn't be punished?
