  • The reason Bjergsen is saying, that Leblanc's new clone is not very decieving, is because he have experienced Leblanc's old passive(Mirror Image). With this passive Leblanc creates a Controllable clone which lasts for 8 seconds or until killed. Which Bjergsen felt is much more deceiving.

My idea My idea is to revert Leblanc's rework but nerf her Q(Sigil Of Malice) damage, so she doesn't rely on the Q-RQ combo. This will lead Leblanc to use her W and RW more to engage and do damage with. And by doing this, Leblanc have to be in the enemies faces to do damage, which gives the enemy team, to have a higher chance to lock her down(CC) or hit their ability and do some damage back to her.

Old LB was a lot better I agree, she was unhealthy sure but the rework didn't exactly make her healthy and took away the fun aspect too.

EDIT: Wanted to explain myself a bit more, when Riot announced the rework they complained that old LB was not 'deceptive enough', unhealthy and hard to punish, specifically her WQR (which didn't really one shot unless you were 20/0 but lets pretend it did).

First of all no one is deceived by the 2 second ult clones, and as you can see from the videos, many people preferred the old longer passive clone and thought it was much more deceptive.

Secondly if you wanted to make her more punishable why take away all the damage from her W and stop her from ever having to dash into melee range in the first place? Old LB also had a slower dash speed so it was easier to CC her as she dashed in, literally no one asked for a faster W to compensate a passive cook time.

And finally if you thought her WQR was toxic why not just redistribute the sigil damage from 50/50 to 30/70 so that she had to hit her E to assassinate a target? Why move all the damage to the passive so her combo is literally still WQR (+ Gunblade) and she never has to hit her E to assassinate late game?

As you can see the rework solved no problems and created more, I think if they are gonna do any more changes they should revert the rework and start up from old LB's kit.

I used to be a LB main, she was rewarding to play and difficult to master. I've completely stopped playing her since the last set of nerfs, not that I feel she's weak or anything, but because she's a completely different champion now.

To be honest I don't think that LB is broken in SoloQ, at least under high diamond she's not even that good. She's slowly falling out of meta (tanks being strong, adcs bursting more than intended) but despite this, I bet she'll get an overall nerf just because her current state in pro play is ridiculous.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVED old LB and she was the only champion I fell in love with in the whole game, but Riot will never consider bringing old LB back. Her instant burst was unhealthy for sure, but on the other hand she had enough counterplay to actually fall off/have a rough time if your opponent knows how to build against you. But since burst window > counterplay in Riot's mind, they're not going to change her delayed burst at all.

And anyway, having a fixed time to deal your damage (like the crappy 1.5s for sigil of malice) is terrible design. You're just counterplaying yourself by waiting 1.5s to have a chance to deal some decent damage. This 1.5s shit, the W gutting, and the support items' buffs just made LB really cancer to play as. People keep complaining about her when post 20 mins she's either a walking minion or a worse Tryndamere, whereas some assassins are way worse and can actually oneshot someone. I'm sad because after 400+ games this season alone, I started thinking to quit playing my 2 years main. She's just not worth it if I want to climb.

When I first played LeBlanc after the MYMU I genuinely felt sad for LeBlanc mains.

When you add a gimmick to an existing champion there are following outcomes:

  1. The gimmick proves too weak and: a. The kit gets buffed to compensate then... [go to step 2] b. The gimmick gets buffed until it's relevant then... [go to step 2]
  2. The gimmick proves too strong and: a. The kit gets nerfed to compensate resulting in feeling like shit if you don't get the gimmick to work or b. The gimmick gets nerfed to the ground making the whole change pointless or c. The gimmick gets reverted (about as rare as a good looking female virgin riding a unicorn at full moon durning solstice)

I just do not get why riot keeps trying so hard to make this new leblanc work. I mean there's nothing wrong in admitting that you've messed up in reworking her and they need to revert her in order to start again and work harder to make old leblanc healthier. I think lot's of players would love to see old leblanc back, because there were ways to stop her in lane and there was more counterplay to her damage + chains. If I can remember correctly old Leblanc has never been a huge treat for riot, she was never a pick or ban champion not in LCS, neither in solo q. So why not reverting her? She was funny as hell and a good example of assassin and she was not this kind of weird kite mage that can burst in 1.5 seconds. (sorry if I made grammar mistakes but I am not a native English speaker.)

New LeBlanc is broken in competitive and isn't the greatest in Solo Queue now (in most elos). They just made a more broken LeBlanc after changing her. They should just revert the changes, and nerf the old LeBlanc to balance it out.

as a leblanc main i completely agree with all of them, leblanc is less fun since the rework since you now rely on the passive dmg (which btw is fucking ridiculous amounts of dmg), if anything i think they made her worse to play against since now all you need is the passive to do dmg, which only needs an e or 2 spells. The "rework" also pretty much only changed her timings and combos order (i mean really , pre rework i use q then w in lane, now its just w then q) the spells are all basically the same its just the timing and passive reliance that makes her feel meh. dont get me wrong tho, shes still the most fun champ for me to play and will always be my favorite, but i hope the changes they are planning for her will be better than these (praying that sutff gets reverted but that probably wont happen) ^.~
