Yeah old lb may be just a braindead WQR dead adc but rn Leblanc can burst down even tanks, it's not fun to play. not fun to play against either. Same with new kat
as non leblanc player... they both feel unfun to fight against.
Despite the fact that old LeBlanc was cancer as fuck, she was fun because she did the damages when you pushed buttons and there was no bullshit about that.
Now she pushes the buttons but doesn't get the damages until later. It's hard-gated by a delay that does not encourage any form of interactivity, just waiting.
