I am a diamond 5 player and have played League of Legends since season 3. I have "345038 points" on Leblanc and i would gladly come with my opinion/feedback about a major reason why i play Leblanc.

I think it's limited to NA, since everyone who got one is on NA. We're just unlucky european LB players.
Don't quote me on this, but I believe the surveys are intentionally randomized amongst the playerbase. Undoubtedly they DID target some LeBlanc mains in every MMR bracket, but I think it's important to Riot to get information from ALL players, not just a sample that is specifically LeBlanc players. As such, some people will undoubtedly not get to weigh in, but that's simply how a partial survey has to work.
Let me do the Talon one if that exists! Look, I am the biggest Talon fan ever. When that dragonblade skin came out back when I was like 18, I grew my hair out like his and wore this red scarf I got from hot topic. (I don't care if that's cringe) I have nearly 500k mastery points on him and 700k on my main account. Please riot, do a Talon one and let me do it! Also, rework ideas on my page.
