Hello. I am a diamond 5 player and have played League of Legends since season 3 and i have "345038 points" on Leblanc, so i wanted to share my opinion with you.

My Answers https://i.gyazo.com/f7a1984a821087ab111599ca41d6ec4d.png If RIOT had an option called "I enjoy waiting 1.5 seconds on Sigil of Malice(P) before i can engange and do damage" Then i will guarantee you Riot, that it would be under "Low Impact - This is not an important reason why i play LeBlanc". on every single survey, you would receive.

But i understand, you will never change that back. Why? Thats the most easiest question to answer, because Steven 'Coronach' DeRose(Creator of Leblanc) is not working for RIOT anymore.

Leblanc have been around us since (10.Nov - 2010) and by having to wait 1.5 seconds on Sigil of Malic is something that goes against Leblanc totally.

People would then say that. "Leblanc would not have anymore to counter her then" Is that really true? as i remember Faker won against EDG in the MSI Final with Leblanc against a Morgana. Ehhhhh wait, no he didn't. Because Morgana COUNTER LEBLANC and Morgana is not the only champion who does.

I wish I got the survey. For me, multi-casting spells and tricking enemies with my W was always my favourite part of Leblanc. Now it just doesn't feel right and far to slow.

Because Morgana COUNTER LEBLANC and Morgana is not the only champion who does.

Wee, requiring a counterpick sure is healthy gameplay.

It also sounds like you want W to do everything just like Fizz E.

i wouldnt mind them taking off the 1.5 second delay if they removed some of the bonuses it gives like the bs "clear entire wave with w q at 6 minutes" capability she has now. also, leblanc can easily outplay almost all of her counters. against morgana for example it isnt too hard to juke her root. if they removed leblancs 1.5 second delay she would have almost no weaknesses at all beyond being squishy.

we need to get old Leblanc back. She was way more balanced than this new one and she was even funnier to play as and to play against.

Nos hit sherlock. that is a hardly a fair dichotomy.

I assure you that if you did the same thing, but replaced it with, " I enjoy having My ultimate blocked by people other than my target when they stand in the way of (R) " very few people would choose that either.

Honestly the thing only 2 things I dont like about the new lb is all the nerfs i have been saying how weak she is in these boards since her 2ed nerf only to be told that i am shit with lb. The thing was i wasnt shit with lb i was playing the wrong play style as i have learned. old combo used to be Q R W E or E Q R W. now w can only be used to proc on a 1.5 wait timer, dodge or, get closer to q r q. The only thing that this lb needs to get to make her fun and good is to nerf her e buff her passive to a reasonable wait timer .75, .50 ( maybe the .50 is just because i want lb to be op) and to buff her w to old lb. regarding the e nerf its not so much the damage that is op on lb anymore as the range of her assault so knocking the range down a notch bringing the damage down a notch and increasing the e snap sec (if you guys know what i mean). the thing i dont want changed about new lb is her ult HER ULT IS THE MOST FUNNEST thing i can think of as for the people that say its clunky i dont know what they are talking about.

i wish i was better at writeing in a neat way to get my point across. ill make a thread soon of how to play the new lb vs %%%%s.
