The Teemo Rework... Why? Unnecesary. Other Champions need it more...
I beg, dont get me wrong: Its really coo.. ... But IMHO, there are Champions that need it WAY more.
Normally Riot reworks champions, because their Kit is outdated/old, lacks interesting mechanics, or is simply unplayable (For many reasons).
Look back all the Reworks, most of them quite awesome: Soraka, Galio, Fiora, Warwik... More "Flashy" moves, and interesting mechanics.
Yet IMHO, there are A LOT of champions who need it more. I always put the example of Ivern. I swear its totally unplayable. "But hey dude, there are Ivern Mains who got to Challenger" ... Still doesnt mean anything, I dare you try to play Ivern on Ranked, you shall cry a bit.
Idk, Im shocked that Teemo got a Rework without any previous news/info. When his Kit is already both "Solid", and "Interesting".
But again, I repeat - Dont get me wrong: Its VERY COOL, but UNNECESARY IMHO, when other champions need it way more.
Btw For those who had no idea about the Rework: His passive is now the Poison, which does more dmg if enemy suffers other poisons (Teemo Shroom, Cassio n Singed n Twit Poison... His "E" is now the invisibility, which is nerfed to Camouflage, but lets him move slowly. 5 Shrooms capacity room thing.

Watcha think? Not about the rework itself (Which again I say, its cool), but about the "Necessity" of it.
Edit: Im gonna put the Rakan Support example. He is Weak ATM (Yes, he is), and by that I mean "Below Average" of Supports, because of Nerfs. But he does NOT need a Rework, because his Kit is "Interesting/Flashy/Nice", and whatever adjective you wanna put. Same with the Teemo before this Rework, his Kit was Interesting (But in contrast to Rakan, Teemo was not Weak), so didnt need it.
