Trolls and AFKs should be banned from playing ranked

This is actually getting ridiculous. Im trying to get my rank a little higher and I cant do anything because for every game I win, theres a game where someone runs it down the lane or soft ints or afks. Its absolutely pathetic and I`ve just about had it where my skill as a player doesn't matter because of people who int or afk. Players like this shouldn't get low priority queue, they shouldn't get chat banned, they should be banned from queueing up in ranked at all.
