I love how Riot talks about getting Lissandra a proper passive but still never made it to PBE

the 'update' is literally nothing but number changes, Lissandra's new passive is a new mechanic and will redefine all the rest of her numbers to need to exist around it

Like giving her ult a 300 sec cooldown, Q dealing true damage, & W becoming a slow? Those don't look like just "number changes" to me.

Q dealt bonus magic damage -> now bonus true damage. number change W changes the type of CC applied, still becomes a root if you E first R CD is exactly a number change, lmao

Still very much unlike Sion's Q adjustments in this patch. Those were still huge.

If i remember correctly they had a new passive on the PBE for a while which reduced the cd of abilitys everytime she slowed/cced an enemy. I might have just imagined that though.

Meddler works on Lissandras new passive and he was out of office for a few weeks. Other people are working on Ryze.
