As Katarina, how to lane v. Azir?

I just can't. He W's my daggers, and I can't do anything. With the new Azir changes, this will make laning against him even harder, as his soldiers do more single-target damage. His soldiers last twice as long as my daggers. If I try to set up a dagger to trade, he W's it, and I can't use it. Waste of a Q. Someone, please help!
