I will buy this skin, even though I don't play Lucian. Even from just looking at the splash art and teasers, I know it will be amazing. Great job Riot, you continue to impress me with your high level of quality!

While the skin is awesome, I wouldn't support Riot financially as long as they are refusing to fix their game.

And let's be honest, a champion who uses a pair of pistols is just begging to get a High Noon skin. I mean, the other champion to use a pair of pistols ( MissFortune ) already has a wild west themed skin that predates the High Noon series.
