Why are they buffing Nasus?

Nasus, is a niche champion, that usually isnt very strong due to the nature of his stacking mechanic making him weaker early game, however, nasus players learn to play the lane and thats part of their champion, however, the champion really is kind of toxic to the game, he is all point click ablities that actually hard counters so many other champions in his lane. He is obviously a champion that is geared towards lower elo/mechanically skilled players based on his simple kit, yet the best way to counter him is to have a jg shut him down before he can take off early game, meaning that team work is required to beat this champion that is designed for low elo players, low elo players usually can't be relied on to actually do this though. Which leaves some poor laner who picked an auto based champ to sit there and watch this monster out scale the game, while his lee sin farms the jg or ganks for his zilean mid or something
