Load into game, without champion health bars or summoner names.

Just exited a game 2 min and 50 sec into a game, because I loaded in without health bars. This should be fixed, considering it is impossible to be effective if you have no idea your own health state, or your opponents. I loaded in as panth too, so by the time i realize i have cant see my enemy laner (yorick's) health, i am screwed, because if i decide to reload my game I basically lose the only strength my champion has, which is the early level pressure in lane, (and of course his global ult is pretty good at snowballing as well.) Hopefully, I dont get LPQ for this leave, ill be pretty upset, I really shouldnt have to stick around and play the game if, this massive bug decides the outcome 1 min into a game. And my teammates shouldnt have to either, I feel bad about leaving but man, we are all people with things to do, I don't want to waste my time playing a game i have no hope of winning or at least enjoying, with the stress of life and due dates looming over my head. This bug has been around for quite awhile, please fix your game.
