14 day ban - no 25 game chat restriction prior, here are the logs.

So, I got 14 day banned today. Last year as in 2018 around this time at end of season I had been 10 day chat restricted twice, since then I have went up the honor system from 0 checkpoint 0 to honor lvl 3 at the last checkpoint. I had some very frustrating games and got instantly got a 14 day ban with threat for perm ban on next infraction. Based on these logs and over a year of honorable behavior I think that is pretty unjust.

I have no motivation to edit the logs I will just copy paste them so you can read them and discuss what you think. I will not be offended if you think that the conduct was inappropriate or out of line, which I would tentatively agree. I will also not be offended if you think the punishment was reasonable, though I will strongly but respectfully disagree.

Realistically, moving up in the honor system does indicate that you have made improvements over the past year. Nicely done on that. Unfortunately, use of hate speech tends to skip over improvements, and is a first offense 14 day suspension, or even permaban, based on the severity and frequency of it. And slurs against mental disorders are a form of hate speech. Your first match was a bit toxic; toxic enough for a 14 day? Probably not. But the second match is what got you.

Just be aware that you are on some thin ice now. You need to be squeaky clean for a long time. Matches like your first one can easily get you permabanned once you've been through the 14 day suspension. If you can't keep from saying things to your teammates, just unbind your enter key, or hide the chat box off screen. It's better than losing your account because you get irritated with a feeding teammate.

Also, I think time stamps should be given to bans based on chat restriction for context, unfortunately they are not provided.

The problem isn't that you got a 14-day without a 25-game; it's that you got a second 10-game rather than a 25-game. The next time you behave as you did in the games shown in the logs, you'll be permanently banned.
