@Riot: So now with the ending and starting of a new Season when are you going to fix Bronze?

This has been a obvious question since the creation of The ranking system and after season 2 when many people began to comment on how much of a issue it is in Bronze with the enormous Skill difference between bronze players.

Infact at one point i know Morello even commented on this very thing on how he would like to see maybe some lower tiers added to help diffuse the population and the skill levels in the bronze area.

How ever once again its the end of a season and you guys are adding a Ranking to the Opposite end of the system, when a ranking or two is more importantly needed at the other end of the system.

IT's obvious that bronze and silver have too many issues with themdue to such a large aray of skill in this one small mashed up ranking, such as New players, old players, skilled players, unskilled players, smurfs and so on thus causing a un-fun and in many cashes anger causing experience due to this large difference in skills.
