SO many ADC's don't understand what item 3123 does or how strong it is. Up against a Draven with Warlords? Get this early. Up against a Soraka? Get this early.

Even if it's not someone who heals alot, you can most likely still outtrade that person just because of the grevious wounds that is insanely strong.

No, I'm not saying you need to buy this first item. But get it early so that once teamfights start happening you'll have this ready to go. It will win you SO many teamfights, especially considering how strong redemption currently is.

Coming from a Diamond 3 ADC main, this is a terrible idea. The issue with ADC's right now is that they require 3 of 4 items to be relevant, so if you push back your buildpath by 800 gold, you'll be useful even later than normal. This is the reason no one picks up an early vamp sceptor, even though that used to be a strong strategy seasons ago. You can't afford to buy this item, no matter how good it is, you need your core items as fast as possible.
