Can we talk about lucian?

Dude literally every time this champion becomes meta he's generally toxic af. Theres typically only like 1 or 2 counter picks to him in lane. his mobility means that he can run away really easily if he's behind but chase super hard and kill you if he's ahead. picking a melee into him that isn't some hyper mobile champ like or is basically asking for a living nightmare of a game if he gets ahead. Usually whenever they do stop him from being the best AD in the game, they have to hardcore just nerf the fuck out of him to the point of being nearly unplayable. Most of the time he typically is only countered by equally unintuitive gameplay like a fed annie.
