Lyte calls banning and chat restrictions "reforming"

Like Prisons are "reformatories", right? People come out of prisons better people, having learned their lesson!

Oh wait. Assholes continue being assholes, thugs continue being thugs. Maybe you should target the source of the problem, which has something to do with how the game is designed? You know, 20 minute wait time, promos, holding people in champ select hostage, etc?

I mean I really wonder why so many other gaming communities don't have to deal with this kind of "toxicity" and shit. Maybe it's because those games don't naturally induce frustration.

You do realize that other similar games have just as much toxicity, right?

i liked where you were going till you got to teh "assholes continue being assholes" part about prisons :/.

Prisons make a person worse, and even people who went in a good person come out thugs

Well, the downvotes mean that people are okay with getting chains and shackles strapped onto them. Chat restrictions, game bans, low priority queues, no rewards, and the problem still persists. Just keep pointing the finger at the ragers who have had enough, though. It's all their fault.

I've seen quite a few gaming communities with far more toxicity than anything league has to offer. (Yes, more toxic than EU's Bronze divisions)

Honestly, toxic players in league are toxic elsewhere as well. Different games won't make toxic people any less toxic.
