You know what sucks about Viktor?

The fact that in a meta where every meta champ kills you in instantly from lvl 2 onwards, viktor needs 20 items to be able to do it because half of damage will inevitably miss.

So lets just not address this at all and raise his W range by 100, that'll make him meta. Surely when every mid lane champion can 100-0 you at lvl 2-3. surely viktor being able to toss a W 2 steps further, surely that subtle change is what this champion with a 10% winrate in solo Q for 2 years needs.

You at least you took 10% ap ratio off Zoe's Q you know, that'll change anything at all. Not like she was overkilling you with W by 800% while being completely uncatchable because of the movement speed, random summoners and non stop E spam. Good work meddler. When that Leblanc slaps his face against the keyboard and does 200% of someones health at lvl 2, yeah that 2 extra range on Viktor's W, that's really gonna save you now.
