Is a small buff to her spider form.

i mean, her kit if loaded, her burst is good due to % hp, her jungle is A1....

she is jsut to SLOW and lack some chasing power imo.

simple solution:

-buff her spider form movespeed bonus...maybe some scaling like 10-20-30 movespeed bonus instead of a flat 10 -make her AA damage bonus in spider from apply passive slow to target, jsut something like 10-15% would be enought.

i think jsut this small change and elise will be spot on.
