This is how i think Zed could be nerfed...
Imo, Zed get two main problem:

to safe laning due to the combination of being energy based (cannot run out of harass/cs spam), pretty good harass, easy last hit (passive + aoe waveclear).....

to low counterplay / hard to punish all in...
So here are a couple things i THINK could help him more managable in laning/counterplay withous hurting his power to much:
shuriken:
- reduce range from 900 to 800
- reduce pass trought damage to 50% from 60%
- increase CD to 7 second from 6
Dont hurt his pure kill portential, but would greatly help him NOT being a assasin who can outpoke a mage sitting there. That NOT the point of a assasin. they are supose to have relatively weak laning and rely on kill/roaming to get fed. Not sitting there outfarming and outpoking the fuck out of half mid champ...
Ult:
-add a 2/1.5/1 second delay before he can use either R shadow or W shadow after he ulted.
So at least, this would give a decent chance to fight him back / kill him if he go all-in too recklessly. Might still kill you with R afterdamage, but allow for punishement. Right now fact he can just ult in from 625 range (not bad by itsefl), but instantly Ult away after a quick E+Q combo (what will probly kill you with R damage and that FINE) then W out even furether (together that like over 1000 unit of escape) just seem a little too god. Even assasin who bring lot of complain like Leblanc and Talon dont get nearly as good escape chance if they go recklessly all-in.
