Are there any plans to help Corki?

[S6] Corki ADC - Champion Analytics (Item Build, Skill Order, Summoner Spell, Runes, Masteries) - League of Legends

He has a 43% winrate and 1% playrate for ADC. Those are both the lowest pick and win rate out of all ADC's.

He has a 48% winrate and 0.64% pickrate for mid. Those are both in the bottom 7 of roughly 50 mid champions.

He is in a really shit position and because of his odd niche as a magic damage ADC absolutely nobody plays him.

#On top of all of this he has been in this trash position for more than five patches. Are there any plans to buff or help him at all?

I hope he does, somehow I have to get to level 7 as him.

Trying to main all yordles in EUW, this means getting them all to level 7. So hopefully I can pull this off, but Corki seems to be the bigger issue.
