Cassiopeia Mana Cost Increase
"Cassiopeia Noxious Blast (Q) mana cost increased to 40/50/60/70/80 from 40/45/50/55/60 Twin Fang (E) mana cost increased to 50/60/70/80/90 from 35/45/55/65/75"
Considering that you HAVE to spam E to do damage, what's with the huge increase to mana costs to it? 15 across the board is way too much. I know it's PBE and it could be changed, but this is a bad idea, Riot.
