Zyra Tooltip Typo
Is there any chance we could add an "s" or an "(s)" to this? It just irks me. ^_^

I hate u RITO! How could u let this happen?!
But if we do this, then it would look wrong when Zyra has a level 2 Grasping Root! It would say that it roots for 1 seconds, and we can't allow that to happen now, can we!
(To be honest, level 2 saying something incorrectly isn't as bad as saying it incorrectly for the other four ranks. I fully support this tooltip change, although Riot's resources can be utilized elsewhere better.)
