If you get enough reports for not feeding the poros on Howling Abyss, then you get a little sticker or icon on your profile with a sad poro.
On the flipside, implement an honor option for feeding the poros. If you get enough poro-feeding honors, you get a little sticker or icon on your profile with a happy poro.

I know!!! How about if u don't feed poro for 15-20mins mouse cursor turns into sad poro and it cries on every click.
