Bring 
back to the rift. Now that stealth/camo/invis champs have gotten buffed back into feasibility (...yay...) bring back oracles. It existed when they ruled the rift now that we are going back to those days we should have it back OR make the 
actually reveal them not just give a hazy red outline.
The problem with Oracle's Extract was that it made it impossible for stealths to engage without instantly getting nailed by Exhaust or direct-target CC. That's the very reason the Sweeper line doesn't let you directly target invisible enemies it detects.
Pinks were replaced with control wards BECAUSE they wanted the stealth mechanic to have fewer counters and make it easier to balance.
Stealth has been a difficult mechanic to balance for some time now. It was either overwhelmingly powerful or overwhelmingly weak.
