IT MAKES PLAYING AGAINST CASSIOPEA LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE. DODGE EVERY Q AND IT DOESN'T MATTER HER E IS POINT AND CLICK.

Solutions?

Make her E a skillshot, like Veigar's Q.

Or make Rylai's not reapply. Only one application. Reduce it to a half second. Do SOMETHING TO FIX THIS OVERTUNED SHIT.
