AR URF and Randomization

Has anyone noticed in these past two cycles that it seems almost like there's a modifier to how often a champion gets rolled? I own all champions and because of that get 1.4 ish rerolls per match. I would have thought that I would have been able to eventually play Chogath once this URF because I wanted to test the feast stacks.

I have seen Chogath in a total of 2 of my games, both on the enemy team (no trading). I have rolled Malzahar probably 6 times, I have rolled Kennen about 5 times. I have rolled Taric, Morde, Olaf about 4 times, I've probably rolled Nasus 5 times, I've rolled Urgod maybe 3 times...

All I wanted to play these past two weeks is one game of Chogath... Instead it seems like I've been permanently put in a champion pool of short to mid range AP/AD Bruisers. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Edit: ask and you shall receive I guess... but it's not even fun at this point because playing means not studying for midterms that are direly close.

Double Edit: I know it's the nature of URF, but it does not feel good having every other lane under-preform and lose to an 18/3 Aatrox. I had my little moment of 1v1 dinning at least...
