One For All PSA: If Someone On Your Team DC's, Stop Holding Your Team Hostage and Just Surrender

Let's say you're in a game as a melee champion and have no movespeed steroid, blink, or dash (Example: or )

And let's say you're up against a Burst Mage (such as or ) Or a Marksman (such as or ) Or a Lane Bully (such as or )

Now, let's say you're getting destroyed early on. You can't sit in lane because you'll get poked/bullied. You can't fight because chances are, that poke either brought your HP real low, or your opponent is just keeping their distance and won't give you the opportunity to approach without taking damage and dealing none.

Now, let's say the game is about 15-20 minutes in. Your opponents have 1-2 items done. You have components to your first item, due to low gold, due to the inability to farm minions for it. Because of this, someone on your team Rage Quits, leaving you in an even worse situation than before, because now you are a 4v5 instead of a 5v5. You were already losing the 5v5, so the 4v5 will make the game that much worse for your team.

If your team is trying to use the Surrender @ 15 option, (and the 3 of them ALL say yes), just say yes. The game wasn't in your favor with the 5v5, what makes you think a 4v5 will be any better? What makes you think anything will change? You are STILL at a matchup disadvantage, only moreso, now that you are down a player. Literally nothing has changed, so why force your teammates to be stuck in the game for another 5 minutes, waiting for the next surrender vote to come up, solely because you wanna play through a game that isn't even remotely fun anymore (barring it was barely fun, to begin with, given the matchup)?
