Liandries 2% max hp burn isn't bad either, I could see this possibly being on tank Hecarim/Mundo/Shyvana/Udyr.

Need Gold 4 Tent1 votesI saw it on Trick's stream already, he ran Phoenix Udyr with it. But Phoenix is magic, so it's not that strange in a way.
That said, I can see it being legit on tanky Tiger Udyr too, who makes use of the full DoT duration without clipping it with high AS.
If it amps both shyv's physical and magic portions of her damage, that'd be huge, since shyv does spend a lot of time in the fight rather than in-out assassins.
Darius's bleed would be doing % hp magic damage... and his ult get increased by 10%? That'd be fun.
