PSA: BotRK/BC Lucian isn't a thing anymore

The entire reason professional players created the BotRK/BC build is because there was a bug that effectively caused every AA from Lucian to apply two stacks of the on-hit armor debuff (rather than one). BotRK's on-hit effect counted as additional physical damage aside from the AA itself, so AA+any ability+both passive shots was instantly shredding the full stack of 24% armor. That's not a thing anymore and hasn't been since patch 7.2.

As a support player, it bothers me a lot to know that not only have you picked one of the weaker ADs in the game, but you're also building him suboptimally in a way that you'll get outscaled and destroyed past 20 minutes by just about anyone. Please don't do this build.
