Could be where the quests appear, and you have to click on it to make it go away.

That would be asome as the can but it where the hints are. or have the voice say it at the start of the match.

Yeah also something like: "If things go south, keep calm and carry on" I usually have to say these things at the start of the match

Maybe not the voice, but just a reminder that there's 4 other human being in the game right now and you probably need to care about them therefor, teamwork :)

Yeah, but i'm not talking about trolling, i'm talking about Teamwork

Because the top laner needs a reminder when he's been farming mid for the last 30 minutes and the enemies are pushing mid lane and we have no tank to initiate a fight.

No because that would be fucking annoying.

Besides people are still going to do whatever they want, maybe even go against the message out of spite from seeing it to many times and feeling talked down to.
